The Early Times Chapter, (ETC) is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of 1926 to 1954 Pontiacs. ETC is a chapter of the Pontiac-Oakland Club, International. Membership in the parent organization is required of all ETC chapter members. Membership and participation in your local POCI chapter is recommended Membership dues include the newsletter, free classifieds, and voting rights at the ETC annual meeting.: US Member $20.00; Canadian Member $23.00 (USD); International Member $35.00 (USD). Non-US members can get the US member price by having the newsletter emailed to them. The ETCetera Newsletter is published monthly and is mailed by first class mail to the United States and Canada. All new memberships are for 12 months beginning with the month in which the application is received. A newsletter-only subscription is offered for $25.00 per year for US; Canada $28.00; International $40.00. Non-US subscribers can pay the US price by having the newsletter emailed to them. A member application/ newsletter subscription form is located in the back of the newsletter. Applications and Address Changes should be mailed to the Secretary/Treasurer listed below. Advertising is free to all ETC members. Ad space should be used for 1926 to 1954 items; preferably Pontiac related but can include items relating to these years: memorabilia, clothing, literature, ephemera, etc. Any individual may advertise in the newsletter: a 50-word maximum ad is $5.00 per month; Ads with photos included would be $10.00 per month. The Early Times Chapter is governed by a Board of Directors who serves a term of two years. |
